At DD Solutions, we take pride in the quality of our work and strive for client satisfaction. Because our services involve custom development, design, and digital campaigns, we generally do not offer refunds once work has begun. However, we value fairness and outline the following:

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered if:
- Services have not yet started at the time of cancellation.
- A duplicate payment was made in error.
- A project is canceled by DD Solutions before work has commenced.

Non-Refundable Situations
- Once project work has started (design, development, or ad campaign setup).
- Delays or dissatisfaction caused by lack of client communication or missing materials.
- Partial completion of work — payments made for completed project stages remain non-refundable.
